Establishing the Fallen Transportation Workers Scholarship Program and the Fallen Transportation Workers Scholarship Fund; authorizing the Secretary of Labor to exempt an individual from the requirement to be actively seeking work for unemployment insurance benefits eligibility; requiring the Maryland Department of Labor and the Department of Commerce to establish certain temporary relief programs to provide assistance to individuals and certain entities impacted by a certain closure of the Port of Baltimore; etc.
