Summary
Altering the definition of "criminal gang" to remove a requirement that a specified group must be an ongoing association; adding specified felonies and misdemeanors to the list of underlying crimes that serve to prove a pattern of criminal gang activity for conviction of a defendant as a member of a criminal gang; providing that a sentence for a specified violation must be separate from and consecutive to a sentence for any specified crime, etc.
