Summary

Decreasing from five to three the minimum number of vehicles a person must offer to sell during a 12-month period in order for the person to be considered a "dealer" for purposes of the Maryland Vehicle Law; repealing a specified requirement that a licensed dealer apply for at least five temporary registration plates in order to qualify for specified registration plates; requiring a licensed dealer to pay a specified annual fee for each business location; etc.
