Summary

Repealing the requirement that a sworn affidavit for judicial authorization to initiate forensic genetic genealogical DNA analysis and search (FGGS) assert that the reasonable investigative leads have been pursued and failed to identify the perpetrator and instead requiring that a sworn affidavit for judicial authorization assert that identity of the perpetrator is unknown.
