Summary
Authorizing the chairman or vice chairman of the State Board of Elections to seek injunctive relief against a violation of the campaign finance laws; repealing the authority of the Secretary of State to seek an immediate injunction against a violation of the campaign finance laws; and authorizing a candidate to seek injunctive relief against violations of the campaign finance laws by a person required to file a certain independent expenditure report or a person required to file a certain electioneering communication report.
