Summary
Requiring the Comptroller to continue to distribute specified income tax revenue from corporations to the Higher Education Investment Fund; expanding the authorized uses of the Fund; establishing a Tuition Stabilization Trust Account in the Fund; stating a goal of the State that public senior higher education funding should reach 100% of the funding guidelines approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission; requiring governing boards of specified higher education institutions to periodically review tuition; etc.
