Summary

Requiring the St. Mary's County Board of Education to collect and update the data required for the federal Civil Rights Data Collection survey each year, collect certain other incident data from each public school and each school bus in the county, and submit a certain report to the St. Mary's County Delegation on or before February 26 each year, beginning in 2025; and requiring the county board to submit a certain report to the St. Mary's County Commissioners and to post certain information on the county board's website.
