Summary
Authorizing specified qualified organizations in Prince George's County to hold poker events in which the public may play poker card games; limiting the number of poker events that a qualified organization may hold to one per month; requiring that a qualified organization obtain a permit from the County Department of Environmental Resources before holding a poker event; and specifying the conditions under which a permit for a poker event shall be issued.
