Summary

Requiring a certain seizing authority promptly to notify the Maryland Statistical Analysis Center (MSAC) of the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention of any changes in the status of certain information previously reported under a certain provision of law; and altering from March 1 to September 1 the date by which the Maryland Statistical Analysis Center is required to make reports submitted by seizing authorities and the aggregate report of MSAC available on its website each year.
