Requiring that on or before May 31, 2014, cardiovascular catheterization laboratories hold a specified accreditation or certification; requiring cardiovascular catheterization laboratories to be subject to peer review; requiring the Department, the Maryland Health Care Commission, and the Health Services Cost Review Commission to give specified consideration to data from a registry to determine criteria and measures for hospitals and providers using specified cardiovascular procedures; etc.
