Summary

Increasing to three the number of terms a voting member of the Cecil County Board of Education may serve; requiring the County Council of Cecil County to set the amount of compensation for members of the county board; altering the minimum amount of compensation the president and other voting members of the county board are entitled to receive; and providing that the Act does not apply to the compensation of the president or other voting members of the county board during a certain term of office.
