Summary

Creating an exception to a provision of law that exempts specified money from execution on a judgment by establishing that a specified percentage of specified money is subject to execution on a judgment for child support or alimony arrearages; and establishing that specified provisions of law relating to exemptions from execution on a judgment do not apply to a specified child support lien.
