Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to require that a boating safety education course include information relating to carbon monoxide poisoning; prohibiting a person from operating a motorboat with an enclosed accommodation compartment on the waters of the State that is not equipped with a certain marine carbon monoxide detection system; prohibiting a person from selling or offering for sale a certain new motorboat within the State that is not equipped with a certain marine carbon monoxide detection system; etc.
