Summary

Authorizing the College of Southern Maryland to offer specified bachelor's degree programs and award bachelor's degrees; requiring specified bachelor's degree programs to include specified components; and requiring the College of Southern Maryland, in coordination with the Secretary of Higher Education, to adopt specified rules and regulations relating to the implementation of bachelor's degree programs and the awarding of bachelor's degrees at the College.
