Summary
Authorizing that specified fee revenue collected for the Bay Restoration Fund may be used, under specified circumstances, to pay the cost of connecting properties served by onsite sewage disposal systems to existing municipal wastewater facilities that achieve enhanced nutrient removal; and terminating the Act at the end of September 30, 2015.
