Summary
Requiring, in Baltimore County, a certain law enforcement agency that authorizes or approves an off-duty law enforcement officer to work uniformed secondary employment to require the officer to wear and use a body-worn camera during the secondary employment in the same manner and under the same circumstances as the officer is required to wear and use a camera while on-duty under the policy of the agency; and providing for the application of the Act.
