Summary

Requiring a law enforcement agency that uses a specified licensed dog to make available specified protective equipment for use on the dog under specified circumstances; providing that the determination whether to have the dog use the equipment shall be made by the law enforcement agency or the dog's handler; authorizing the Department of State Police to adopt specified regulations; requiring the Department to monitor compliance under the Act and, on or before January 1 each year, make a specified report; etc.
