Summary

Requiring, before the completion of certain retail sales transactions, that merchants provide to consumers notice of the merchants' refund and exchange policies or policies of no refunds or exchanges by conspicuously displaying a certain notice; and making a violation of the Act an unfair, deceptive, or abusive trade practice that is subject to enforcement and penalties under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.
