Summary

Prohibiting in Baltimore City holders of specified alcoholic beverages licenses or employees of the holders from allowing an individual under the age of 21 years to enter the licensed premises unless the individual is an employee of the licensee or accompanied by a parent or guardian; specifying penalties; requiring that an individual under 21 years who remains in the premises be issued a citation; and requiring the Board of Liquor License Commissioners to adopt specified regulations.
