Summary
Establishing the Access to Mental Health Advisory Committee within the Maryland Higher Education Commission to study the policies and procedures adopted by institutions of higher education in the State regarding access to mental health care and the prevention and treatment of mental illness in students; and requiring the Committee to report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and certain committees of the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2023.
