Summary

Prohibiting a vehicle from entering certain intersections when facing certain traffic signals if the vehicle is unable to safely and completely proceed through the intersection; establishing certain exceptions to the prohibition; prohibiting a police officer from issuing a citation for a violation of this Act unless certain conditions are met; establishing a $90 fine for a violation of the Act; providing that a violation of the Act is not a moving violation for purposes of assessing points; etc.
