Summary

Requiring the Frederick County Board of Education, by a good faith effort, to provide the Board of County Commissioners for Frederick County by March 1 of each school year with the number of students in the Frederick County public school system whose presence in the United States cannot be reasonably documented; and prohibiting the Board of Education from associating a student's race, appearance, language, or name with citizenship or immigration status.
