Summary

Repealing the June 30, 2016, date by which individuals who were subject to the Alternate Contributory Pension Selection in the Employees' Pension System or Teachers' Pension System before separating from employment must resume employment in order to resume participation in the Alternate Contributory Pension Selection; requiring the Board of Trustees to submit a report by October 1 annually, to the Joint Committee on Pensions providing the number of specified members in specified circumstances; etc.
