Requiring the Maryland Department of Health to apply to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration at the Center for Mental Health Services for federal planning, development, and implementation grant funds related to certified community behavioral health clinics for fiscal year 2025; and requiring the Department to apply to the Administration for inclusion in the state certified community behavioral health clinic demonstration program for fiscal year 2026.
