Altering the requirements for improvements made to protect a person's property against erosion; requiring the Department of the Environment, in coordination with the Department of Natural Resources, to designate priority shoreline restoration zones where conditions exist that degrade the resilience of the land and the habitat connectivity between the land and water; establishing in a certain Fund a coastal resilience and living shoreline restoration account to provide grants for certain shoreline stabilization replacement projects; etc.
