Summary

Establishing the Aging Infrastructure Improvement Grant Program to be administered and developed by the State Library Agency to provide funds for public library systems to address the aging infrastructure needs identified in the 2022 Statewide Facilities Needs Assessment; requiring the State Library Agency, by October 1 each year, to make grant recommendations to the State Library Board; authorizing the Governor, in each of fiscal years 2024 to 2029, to include $50,000,000 in the annual operating or capital budget for eligible projects; etc.
