Summary
Requiring that residential dwelling structures composed of at least five individual dwelling units that are offered for rent only to individuals at least 55 years old and that are constructed or improved with the addition or alteration of heating, ventilation, or air conditioning using State money on or after October 1, 2013, be equipped with an air-conditioning system capable of maintaining 78 degrees Fahrenheit throughout each individual unit; and requiring that the air-conditioning systems be in compliance with specified codes.
