Requiring each unit of State government to conduct certain inventories and a certain assessment on or before certain dates; prohibiting the Department of Information Technology from making certain information publicly available under certain circumstances; requiring the Department, in consultation with a certain subcabinet, to adopt certain policies and procedures concerning the development, procurement, deployment, use, and assessment of systems that employ artificial intelligence by units of State government; etc.
