Summary

Requiring the Maryland Health Care Commission to coordinate the implementation of advance care planning programs in the State; requiring each health insurance carrier to offer electronic advance directives to its members and enrollees during open enrollment and periodically thereafter; and requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to submit a certain report to certain committees of the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2021.
