Summary

Establishing the Entertainment and Film Funding Grant Program within the Maryland Film Office to provide grants to qualifying production entities to assist with the production costs of entertainment and film projects in the State; prohibiting any grant awarded under the Program from exceeding $200,000 for one project; and authorizing the Governor to include an appropriation in the annual budget bill of $5,000,000 to the Office to award grants for the Program in fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter.
