Authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to prohibit Class A beer, Class A beer and light wine, or Class A beer, wine and liquor licensees from selling single bottles or cans of beer for consumption off the licensed premises in bottles or cans sized 10 ounces or less, or more than 16 ounces.
