Requiring certain high-rise buildings to be protected by automatic sprinkler systems beginning January 1, 2033; and requiring high-rise buildings that are not protected by a complete automatic sprinkler system to provide conspicuous notice in any lease agreement indicating that the building is not currently protected by a complete automatic sprinkler system and that the building is required to be protected by a complete automatic sprinkler system on or before January 1, 2023.
