Summary
Altering certain provisions of law relating to the rights and privileges of student members of certain county boards of education; repealing the requirement that a student member of the Baltimore County Board of Education complete a certain training prior to voting on certain matters; adding a nonvoting student member to the Washington County Board of Education; and establishing a certain scholarship and reimbursement for certain activities of the student member of the Washington County Board of Education.
