2009-06-03 (S) Under suspension of the Rules (S.P. 492 L.D. 1357 An Act to Protect the Privacy of Maine Residents under the Driver's License Laws) In Senate, June 3, 2009, this Bill, having been returned by the Governor, together with objections to the same purusant to the provisions of the Constitution of the State of Maine, after reconsideration, the Senate proceeded to vote on the question: "Shall this Bill become a law notwithstanding the objections of the Governor?" 7 voted in favor and 28 against, and accordingly it was the vote of the Senate that the Bill not become law and the veto was sustained.
