Summary
Health; pharmaceuticals; parental consent when prescribing a controlled substance containing an opioid; require under certain circumstances and require health professionals to provide certain information on opioids to patients. Amends secs. 16221 & 16226 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16221 & 333.16226) & adds secs. 7303b & 7303c.
