Amends secs. 5, 41, 41b, 42, 43a, 69, 69c, 69f, 70, 71, 75, 81c, 81d, 108, 127, 131 & 131a of 1980 PA 300 (MCL 38.1305 et seq.) & adds secs. 79b & 92c.
