Bill Title: A resolution to encourage the Michigan State Police to educate local communities on the use of the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System, to encourage local communities to familiarize themselves with the system, and to encourage a coordinated effort to use the system and/or some other form of mass notification in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency.
