A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
(MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 145g.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 145g. (1) A person shall not request, persuade, convince,
threaten, command, force, or coerce a vulnerable adult into
providing that person, or any other person, sexually explicit
visual material of the vulnerable adult.
(2) A person who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a
misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or
a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
(3) As used in this section:
(a) "Nudity" means that term as defined in section 145e.
(b) "Sexually explicit visual material" means that term as
defined in section 145e.
(c) "Vulnerable adult" means that term as defined in section
145m.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
