HOUSE BILL No. 4151

 

February 5, 2015, Introduced by Reps. Pettalia, Kesto, Barrett, Brett Roberts, Cole, Inman, Sheppard, Lucido, Glenn, Runestad, Franz, Iden, Maturen and Kivela and referred to the Committee on Judiciary.

 

     A bill to repeal 1959 PA 186, entitled

 

"An act to regulate the use of certain spring, gas or air operated

handguns and to provide a penalty for violation of this act,"

 

(MCL 752.891 to 752.892).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. 1959 PA 186, MCL 752.891 to 752.892, is

 

repealed effective 90 days after the effective date of this

 

amendatory act.
