HOUSE BILL No. 4166

     A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled

 

"The revised school code,"

 

by repealing sections 1742 and 1743 (MCL 380.1742 and 380.1743).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Sections 1742 and 1743 of the revised

 

school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1742 and 380.1743, are repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
