A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled

"The insurance code of 1956,"

by repealing section 1206c (MCL 500.1206c).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 1206c of the insurance code of 1956, 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.1206c, is repealed.
