HOUSE BILL No. 4662

 

June 2, 2015, Introduced by Rep. Vaupel and referred to the Committee on Insurance.

 

     A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled

 

"The insurance code of 1956,"

 

by repealing section 2409c (MCL 500.2409c).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 2409c of the insurance code of

 

1956, 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.2409c, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
