A bill to amend 2015 PA 45, entitled

"Higher education authorization and distance education reciprocal exchange act,"

by amending section 7 (MCL 390.1697), as amended by 2017 PA 99.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 7. This act is repealed effective September 30, 2023.2029.
