HOUSE BILL No. 5027

 

October 27, 2015, Introduced by Reps. Runestad, Hooker, McBroom, Barrett, Tedder, Glenn, Chatfield, Aaron Miller, Lucido and Franz and referred to the Committee on Government Operations.

 

      A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled

 

"The code of criminal procedure,"

 

by amending section 12c of chapter XVII (MCL 777.12c), as added

 

by 2002 PA 34.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

 1                            CHAPTER XVII

 

 2        Sec. 12c. This chapter applies to the following felonies

 

 3  enumerated in chapters I and II of the Michigan vehicle code,

 

 4  1949 PA 300, within chapter 257 of the Michigan Compiled Laws and

 

 5  to the following felonies enumerated in chapter 259 of the

 

 6  Michigan Compiled Laws:

11  01534'15) of the 98th Legislature is enacted into law.
