A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled

"The code of criminal procedure,"

by amending section 15g of chapter XVII (MCL 777.15g), as amended by 2017 PA 259.

CHAPTER XVII

Sec. 15g. This chapter applies to the following felonies enumerated in chapters 721 to 730 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.
