A bill to amend 1969 PA 317, entitled

"Worker's disability compensation act of 1969,"

(MCL 418.101 to 418.941) by adding section 402.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 402. (1) If an employer requires a vaccination as a condition of employment or of continuing employment, and the employee has an adverse reaction in relation to the vaccination, then that adverse reaction is a personal injury within the meaning of this act.

(2) As used in this section, "adverse reaction" means an undesirable side effect that occurs after a vaccination.
