HOUSE BILL No. 5749

 

September 9, 2014, Introduced by Reps. Pettalia, Franz, Kelly, Potvin, Zorn, MacGregor and Johnson and referred to the Committee on Judiciary.

 

     A bill to repeal 1959 PA 186, entitled

 

"An act to regulate the use of certain spring, gas or air operated

handguns and to provide a penalty for violation of this act,"

 

(MCL 752.891 to 752.892).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. 1959 PA 186, MCL 752.891 to 752.892, is

 

repealed.
