HOUSE BILL No. 5884

 

 

April 25, 2018, Introduced by Reps. Noble, Bellino, Kosowski and Hammoud and referred to the Committee on Oversight.

 

     A bill to repeal 1925 PA 177, entitled

 

"An act to protect and promote the public health and welfare, and

to provide for the construction, maintenance and operation of

hospitals and sanatoriums for the treatment of tuberculosis; and to

make an appropriation therefor,"

 

(MCL 332.151 to 332.164).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. 1925 PA 177, MCL 332.151 to 332.164, is

 

repealed.
