STATE OF MICHIGAN 99TH LEGISLATURE

ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5895

AN ACT to repeal 1962 PA 229, entitled “An act to make appropriations for various state institutions, departments, commissions, boards, agencies and certain state purposes related to public welfare services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, to provide for the expenditure of such appropriations, and to provide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the various state agencies,” (MCL 803.317).


The People of the State of Michigan enact:


Enacting section 1. 1962 PA 229, MCL 803.317, is repealed.


Enacting section 2. This act does not take effect unless House Bill No. 5893 of the 99th Legislature is enacted into law.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
