HOUSE BILL No. 5997

     A bill to amend 1988 PA 511, entitled

 

"Community corrections act,"

 

by repealing section 12 (MCL 791.412).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 12 of the community corrections

 

act, 1988 PA 511, MCL 791.412, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
